📌 Campaign Rules
  • 1. During the campaign, users can earn cashback on account top-ups, product orders, and international shipping payments made through Fishgoo payment channels displaying the "Cashback" label. Payments through other channels are not eligible.
  • 2. Eligible payments receive 6% cashback in Fishgoo platform balance. Cashback must be at least RMB 100 per transaction. Each transaction qualifies once. Failed or canceled payments are excluded. Cashback is automatically credited after successful payment.
  • 3. Cashback credits can be used for product purchases and international shipping payments on Fishgoo. They are non-withdrawable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • 4. If cashback is not credited after a successful payment, please contact Fishgoo online customer support within 3 business days of the payment.
  • 5. Fishgoo reserves the right to revoke campaign eligibility, freeze accounts, and recover all rewards granted if fraudulent transactions, malicious arbitrage, or other violations are detected.
Refund, Return & Withdrawal Adjustments
  • 1. Full Refund: All cashback earned from the original transaction will be deducted.
  • 2. Partial Refund: Cashback will be deducted proportionally to the refunded amount. Original payment channel fees are non-refundable.
  • 3. Order/Top-Up Reversal: Cashback will be deducted proportionally to the reversed principal. Cashback related to the portion of the original principal already spent does not need to be returned.
  • 4. Insufficient Balance: Any outstanding deduction will be taken directly from the refund, withdrawal, or account balance.

📜 Lucky Draw Rules
  • 1. Only product orders and international parcel shipping orders successfully paid through the official Fishgoo mobile APP (iOS/Android) are eligible. Orders paid through the PC website or mobile H5 pages are excluded.
Entry Eligibility & Draw Periods
  • 1. Entries are assigned based on the payment time of each eligible APP order within the corresponding draw period. Eligibility is calculated independently for each round.
  • 2. There is no limit to the number of entries per round. More eligible orders mean more chances to win.
  • 3. Each user can win a maximum of one prize per round. If selected for multiple prizes, only the highest-value prize will be awarded.
  • 4. Winning in one round does not affect eligibility for future rounds. Previous winners can continue participating.
Winner Selection & Prize Distribution
  • 1. Winners will be randomly selected from eligible APP orders within 1 business day after each draw period ends.
  • 2. Winners will be announced through official Fishgoo announcements and the Discord community
  • 3. Platform balance rewards will be credited directly to winners' Fishgoo accounts within 3 business days.
  • 4. Balance rewards can be used for product purchases and international shipping payments but cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
  • 5. Shipping coupons will be automatically added to winners' account coupon lists.
Cancellation & Reward Recovery
  • 1. If an eligible APP order is canceled, fully refunded, or returned before the draw, its corresponding entry will automatically become invalid.
  • 2. If malicious returns or refunds are identified after a prize has been distributed, Fishgoo reserves the right to recover the full value of the awarded balance or shipping coupon.
  • 3. If the reward has already been spent and the remaining balance is insufficient, the outstanding amount will be deducted from the user's principal during refund or withdrawal settlement as a "Service Fee."

📦 Shipping Promotion Rules
  • 1. To qualify for shipping discounts and insurance fee waivers, international shipping fees must be successfully paid between November 5, 2026, 10:00 and December 16, 2026, 23:59 (UTC+8). Parcels paid outside this period are not eligible, regardless of submission date.
  • 2. Eligible Destinations & Routes: Select campaign-labeled routes for the 10 eligible countries to receive automatic discounts on basic shipping fees only. Additional charges and value-added services are excluded.
  • 3. Cancellation & Benefit Reversal: If a paid parcel is canceled, refunded, or returned to the warehouse due to prohibited items before dispatch, its eligibility for the insurance promotion and shipping discount will be revoked.
  • 4. Risk Control: Fishgoo reserves the right to revoke campaign eligibility and recover all benefits if fraudulent submissions, repeated cancellations to exploit promotions, or other violations are detected.
FREE ¥1,000 Insurance Rules
  • 1. Free insurance is available only when users select a shipping route displaying the [Insurance Discount] label and enter an insurance coverage amount during parcel submission.
  • 2. The insurance premium corresponding to the first ¥1,000 of declared insurance value will be automatically waived.
  • 3. If the declared insurance value exceeds ¥1,000, users must pay the additional premium for the excess amount.
  • 4. If a parcel is canceled or returned before leaving the warehouse, the complimentary insurance premium waiver will automatically become invalid.
