How these prices are calculated
Each figure is the lowest regular (non-promotional) rate we found for a 2 kg parcel on a line delivering within the window shown, quoted with Fishgoo’s own shipping calculator on 8 September 2026 and shown in USD. Each country has 10 to 23 lines; on some routes a cheaper but slower line exists, and other item categories cost more. Transit times are working days from dispatch, as published for that line. Your price depends on actual weight, volume, destination and item category; oversized, battery and restricted items use different lines, and seasonal promotions may make the price lower. The price shown at checkout is the one that applies.
New to shopping agents?
Answers before your first order.
What is Fishgoo?
Fishgoo is a shopping-agent and parcel-forwarding service. We buy items on your behalf from Chinese stores such as Taobao, Weidian, 1688, Xianyu and JD.com, show you QC photos from our warehouse and ship your parcel to you.
Do I need to speak Chinese?
No. You order in English: paste a product link, place your order and follow each step until your parcel ships.
What does it cost?
You pay for your items, any domestic shipping in China and your international shipping. The purchasing service fee is 0% on eligible Taobao, Weidian and 1688 orders; orders from other stores, payment-related fees and optional services may carry charges. Check the applicable charges before payment.
When do I pay for international shipping?
You pay for items first. After they arrive at the warehouse, review your QC photos, prepare your parcel and choose a shipping line. International shipping is paid separately.
How do the coupons work?
The $500 pack contains multiple shipping and service vouchers, each with its own conditions and expiry date. It is not cash or a guaranteed discount on one order. Claim the eligible ¥100 shipping coupon in the app and select it at checkout. Check the current offer terms before use.
What happens if an item has a problem?
Contact support before shipping. Available next steps depend on the item, the seller’s policy and the order status. QC photos help you review visible details but do not guarantee that every issue can be identified.
Is there anything I can’t order?
Fishgoo does not buy or ship counterfeit goods, and cannot help with items that violate the platform rules or the laws of your country. Oversized, battery and restricted items use different shipping lines.
